When ordering you can specify righty or lefty. The Righty is worn on the left side with the bullets forward. If you wear the Righty on the right side the bullets will face backwards. The Lefty, when worn on the right side, will have the bullets facing forward. Easy enough, right?

It provides the user with an easy way to conceal several AR15 or pistol magazines providing a full combat load. All of this in a convenient concealed carry solution. The LIC Rig provides a compact and lightweight AR mag carrier that you can easily pack in a briefcase, backpack, or under your seat until needed. Donning this shoulder rig only takes seconds. The modular design allows you to be flexible in an ever changing environment. Additional panels are available for pistol mags, combination AR/pistol, and utility pocket for things like pocket med kits. You can also replace one side with a pistol holster from our Shoulder Holster parts. The X-Harness shoulder strap design provides good weight distribution as well as a carry adjustment. Adjustments to the mil-spec one inch webbing are easy to make. Swapping panels out only takes a minute. The original concept of the LIC Rig came from a customer who wanted something like what was used in the 1995 movie Heat. The bank robbery scene featured a vest that held six AR mags under a suit coat. While this works well if you are wearing a three piece suit it is not low profile in a lot of other scenarios. This shoulder harness combines the capacity of the original design with a solution that is easier to conceal. A note on sizing: Model is 6’2″ (187cm) and wears a Large/42L. Concealing 30rd AR magazines on small frame persons or improperly fitted rig can lead to printing . Mini Chest Rig Mag Carrier
The Mini Chest Rig Mag Carrier is a light weight solution to carry addition PCC magazines or rifle magazines. The forward or outer compartment features a zipper map pocket and space for essential gear like medical and survival. The cordura nylon carrier is available in Black, Coyote Brown, and OD Green. Mini Chest Rigs are great solutions for your vehicle or bump-in-the-night spare mags and medical. The back compartment is where we put the Kydex mag insert. This is a multi magazine unit holding three PCC Magazines. Mag inserts of made of rugged kydex which has several advantages over soft versions. The rigid Kydex mag holder keeps its shape when the magazine is removed. This makes inserting magazines easier. Each mag is held in place by dual retention screw. This lets the user custom tune the amount of hold on each magazine individually. Additionally, it will not wear out like bungee or elastic mag holders. Another advantage with Kydex is that it doesn’t retain water. Additional inserts can be ordered to easily switch between magazine platforms. These are held in place with hook and loop on both sides offering positive positioning in the pocket. We also offer Velco separators. These are simple fitted sheets of plastic that fit between the Mag Carrier insert and the hook and loop. This makes swapping out carriers much easier and placement of the carrier in the pocket a breeze. A loop panel on the outside allows the user to apply patches or other hook backed attachments. Its defining feature is its reversible clam-shell design, which allows the rig to be folded into a compact pouch for easy storage. Double Shell Holder
The Double Shell Holder is designed to get you quick access to two 12ga shot shells. The single centralized tension screw allows the user to fine tune the grip on your shells. This can give you the exact hold you need for vigorous combative activities or more casual field and range usage. The Double Shell Holder uses Blade Tech Tek-Lok bet attachment. This highly versatile mount allows you to properly size it for belts up to 2.25″ wide. This is a vast improvement in stability over other designs that do not have adjustments for different belt widths. The width of the TekLok also provides stability left and right over skinny clip type holders. The holder is designed to allow easy access to the shells weather you choose to hinged Tek Lok on the top or bottom. While having the hinge of the clamshell style Tek Lok is most common some prefer the have the hinge on the bottom so that the locking mechanism faces up. Some find this easier to put on and take off the belt. Using an optional Molle Clip or Molle-Lok will allow you to take the Double Shell Holder and mount it to your tactical vest, plate carrier, or battle belt. The body of the shot shell holder is constructed of .080 Kydex or for some finishes Holstex. Both offer excellent resistance to environmental conditions. Hot, cold, wet or dry will not harm your holster. Other thicknesses are available as a custom order. Although we feel .080 offers the best properties in terms of durability and weight. The .060 thickness will do the job but feels flimsy to most people. The picture above shows standard 2 3/4″ shotgun shells in the holder. The Righty is worn on the left side OWB with the bullets forward. If you wear the Righty on the right side the bullets will face backwards and the tension screws forward. The Lefty, when worn on the right side, will have the bullets facing forward. Easy enough, right? Can I use this IWB? Yes, these can be used inside the waistband but right and left hand build is determined by the outside the waistband designation. The Tanker Holster was born out of a need for a easy access system where traditional belt or thigh holsters were not practical. Classically seen worn by tankers and pilots, today you can still see these used by military personnel as well as backpackers, hikers, and atv off roaders. The Ares Tactical Tanker Chest Holster is based on the 1940’s US Military M7 Tanker Holster. We have designed in a lot of improvements including using weatherproof Kydex, allowing greater adjustability in sizing and retention. Additionally, we have designed the holster to be adjustable in the carry angle. It can be rotated to near horizontal. This allows for a more natural draw angle to fit your body.
